Catch Up, Recap: February

Hi Darlings,

Welcome to the new site!

This past month was a pretty busy and demanding month but thank God I made it through in one piece. I am sure I bored you guys with my constant complaining over my assignments which are still in full swing till end of March. I hope y’all can bare with me and just be a little more patient and loyal because I may still miss a post here and there during the month but i will do my best.

Here is what happened and what I am looking forward to this month.

I discovered…

Well, I didn’t quite discover this, but I made my first online purchase this past month and I was impressed that my delivery was made just a day after placing my order. I cannot wait to use those Makeup brushes.

New Experience:

Being a blogger isn’t easy, well when you take it seriously but it comes with some perks. I cannot wait to review the sandals I got from Holster. They have some comfortable shoes.

I am happy about:

This new site 🙂 If you could get into my heart you would know just how much joy is in my heart. I had been working on this site for a couple of months and I did pretty awesome hey?

Inspired by:

They lied when they told us that our prime was at 25. Look at Viola getting her Oscar Award at 50 something. Your best is yet to come. Just be patient.

Loving :

Lace! The lace trend we are anticipating this year. Something about lace is very feminine and I am in love with that. There is nothing that gives any woman more confidence than feeling more like a woman.

Reading :

I haven’t had much time to read anything else but my business management modules but when I sneak a little break, I head over to Natasha Ndlovu’s blog. She has great content with clean, clear pictures (something I am working on). Her YouTube channel is actually the best. I particularly love her YouTube makeup and facial products reviews and how she kind of takes you around the world with her.

Listening to:

Dj Kaywise – Feel Alright ft. Ice Prince, Mugeez, Patoranking

This song just does it for me as old as it is. Serious obsession with my African brothers. #TagsAllWestAfricanMusicians and their brothers, cousins … the whole fam.

This coming month doesn’t seem to be much of challenge but I am hoping to go to show face at the SA Fashion Week if I can bring myself to cheat on the books for one night. It would be an amazing experience since I haven’t attended any of the SA fashion weeks before. Trust I would twee, Instagram and Snapchat the life out of that event.

I have a give away for a bride to be so get all your friends that are getting married this year to subscribe so that they do not miss out.

This is all for the coming month guys.

Hope you are leading a better and more fun life than mine right now.

Love & Light
